Terms and conditions for booking an appointment

  • If you wish to book an evaluation or treatment appointment with us, you can contact the following numbers: Mayagüez (787) 832-4422 or Yauco (787) 986-7646.

  • The deposit required per appointment is $50 to reserve, once you receive your service, this amount will be assigned to your balance payable.

  • This deposit IS NOT REFUNDABLE if the client does not decide to undergo treatment since it covers the separate space for evaluation.

  • Cancellation period is 24 hours before your appointment. Only one change is allowed per canceled appointment so that your deposit is transferable to that appointment, if you do not comply with what is mentioned above, your deposit will be canceled. 

  • Deposits ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE to another client.
